Converted to Monthly Rentals

Hey website: Amend your records! Today (11/11/09), the Owner/Mgr. advised they only do monthly rentals now. Sounds like they have a permanent tenant base. Makes sense for the economy and the area.

Nightly, Weekly and Extended Stay

Most rooms at the Seabreeze Motel offers a mini refrigerator and microwave. Additionally, all of the guests enjoy cable television with HBO, complimentary towel and linen exchange plus pet friendly accommodations in designated rooms with a deposit. Each room comes with bar soap and fresh towels. The pool is well maintained and the staff is very accomodating. Just over the Bridge of Lions within walking distance of historic downtown St. Augustine. Great deal!!
